About Me

Principal PractitionerChristopher Fenton

I qualified as a solicitor in 1978, having trained in Bristol and London, and have specialised in Family Law for the past fifteen years.

In 2007, I trained as a Resolution certified collaborator, because I believe that non-confrontational solutions are preferable to court-imposed orders. This led to the founding of Fenton Family Law in 2012, in Wincanton, Somerset.

My work is dedicated to finding and delivering affordable solutions for my clients at times of emotional difficulty, tailored to their individual needs.

It is important to me to be an active member of my community. I chair the Governors of Leweston School; volunteer with Poole Sailability;  sing with the Pilgrim Singers, and am a Trustee of The Growing Space, Wincanton.
